What is Yoga?

An ancient practice focused on elongation and strengthening of the body, and centering of the mind. Practising mindfulness and moving the body, is a great way to look after your overall wellbeing.

We offer:

  • One-on-ones
    • Individualized attention and program management. Suited for you and your own health requirements.
  • Duo & trios
    • Partner up with a friend or two, at a time that suits you.
  • Small Classes
    • Small, personalized classes of maximum 6 people. Our instructor is well-qualified with a good understanding of the body.

Restorative Yoga

A relaxed, calming practice focused on stimulating the Parasympathetic Nervous System (the nervous system that calms you, and opposes the “fight or flight” mode we tend to live in). It is hugely beneficial for chronic pain sufferers, as well as those dealing with stress, anxiety or depression.

Ashtanga Yoga

A flowing sequence of Yoga poses, coordinated with your breath. Clients will begin to learn certain dynamic Asana sequences, e.g. Surya Namaskar A & B (Sun Salutations). These poses aim to strengthen your body, as well as give you a sense of freedom into movement.

Who can do Yoga?

Everyone! There are so many ways to modify your practice to suit your body.
