What is Biokinetics?

Who takes the Pilates Classes?

The sessions are taken by highly qualified instructors who have an excellent understanding of movement and health conditions. They are very particular about form and choice of exercises so that the maximum benefits are gained from each class.

What Pilates do we offer?

One-on-ones, Duos, Mat classes (maximum of 6 people) for beginners, intermediate and advanced. We also offer a stretch class, which is targeted at individual’s that don’t get around to doing their own stretches at home. All the above reduce the risk of injury, increase athletic performance and improve quality of life.

What areas do the GP’s focus on?

Waxing

Waxing is a form of semi-permanent hair removal which removes the hair from the root. New hair will not grow back in the previously waxed area for four to six weeks, although some people will start to see regrowth in only a week due to some of their hair being on a different human hair growth cycle.
