What is Biokinetics?
Biokinetics is rehabilitation of physical functioning, using exercise as the primary treatment modality. Biokinetics is scientifically-based exercise prescription. We aim to find and rehabilitate the cause of the issue, as opposed to treating the symptoms. Thereafter, the patient is prescribed specific exercises according to their needs, which are progressed at the individual’s rate of improvement.

One-on-ones, Duos, Mat classes (maximum of 6 people) for beginners, intermediate and advanced. We also offer a stretch class, which is targeted at individual’s that don’t get around to doing their own stretches at home. All the above reduce the risk of injury, increase athletic performance and improve quality of life.

Waxing is a form of semi-permanent hair removal which removes the hair from the root.
